In facilities producing for export and domestic market; the necessary control and follow-up to obtain reliable end products must be carried out in accordance with the system. In order to protect consumer health, products must reach the consumer in a healthy and safe manner, and the infrastructure and hygiene conditions required by the legislation must be fully provided. A processing facility must have raw material acceptance, preliminary storage, washing, processing and evaluation areas, packaging zone and cold storage rooms.

Working personnel must wear protective work clothing such as aprons, caps, gloves and boots, depending on the unit they are employed. These clothes should be kept clean. While working, the worker should pay attention to personal hygiene, nails should be cut short, hands should be kept always clean, there should be no open wounds, jewelry etc. should not be worn while working. Employees who come into contact with the product at the facility must have a health report from an official institution indicating that they can work in a workplace that processes and evaluates seafood.

It is processed freshly, chilled and frozen under completely hygienic conditions with our experienced staff. Our company is technologically advanced in processing seafood products with its processing documents.

Using the developments, it offers processed aquatic products coming from the country's resources to the market. In this way, we can extend the shelf life of the products and protect fish and other aquatic products.

Quality Criteria

Important issues in fish products:
• Fish must be of quality in accordance with the aquaculture regulations.
• The skin of the fish will be lively, shiny and there will be no change in skin color.
• The skin of the fish should not be separated from the meat.
• The mucosa of the fish should be transparent and fluid. There should be no milky mucosa.
• The fish's eyes should be convex (bulging), their corneas should be transparent and their pupils should be black and shiny.
• The meat of the fish should be firm, flexible and smooth.
• Fish scales should not be easily separated from the skin.
• When the fish is cut from the belly, the meat will be bluish, translucent, smooth and shiny, and there will be no change in the color of the meat.
• The fish will smell of seaweed, there will be no sour smell in the fish.
• Slaughtering and cleaning of fish should be done under sanitary conditions, and immediately after these processes, the products should be washed thoroughly with drinking water and cleaning water.
